At Meridian Health Services, our Women’s Residential Program in Waterford, Michigan was intentionally designed for women facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.


Women experience addiction differently. Many carry trauma, family responsibilities, stigma, or untreated anxiety and depression. Recovery requires more than just abstinence — it requires safety, structure, and individualized care.
