Detox & Residential Admissions

Admissions for detoxification, withdrawal management, and residential treatment begin with a confidential phone screening. Because these services involve an inpatient stay, our team gathers detailed information to help evaluate safety, clinical needs, and the appropriate level of care.

Neatly made single bed with navy bedding, white nightstand and lamp in a bright bedroom.

The screening may include questions about:

  • Substances currently or recently used
  • Frequency, amount, and most recent use
  • Current or expected withdrawal symptoms
  • History of seizures, severe withdrawal, overdose, or other complications
  • Physical health conditions, allergies, and current medications
  • Mental health symptoms and immediate safety concerns
  • Pregnancy status or other health considerations, when applicable
  • Prior treatment experiences and current recovery supports
  • Insurance, Medicaid eligibility, public funding, or self-pay needs

Additional medical records, testing, clearance, authorization, or coordination with a local access center may be required before admission. When admission is approved and a bed is available, the admissions team will provide arrival instructions and a current list of permitted and prohibited items.
