Comprehensive Addiction Treatment Built Around You

Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. The right level of care depends on where you are today, what you are experiencing, and what support you need to move forward.

Meridian Health Services provides a continuum of substance use disorder treatment and recovery services designed to support individuals through different stages of recovery. From medically supported withdrawal management and residential treatment to outpatient care, medication treatment, family support, and long-term recovery resources, our programs are designed to address the whole person — not just substance use.

Treatment begins with understanding your individual needs. Our team considers substance use history, withdrawal risk, physical and mental health needs, previous treatment experiences, current supports, and personal recovery goals to help determine an appropriate level of care.

Our Programs & Services

Detoxification & Withdrawal Management

For individuals who need support safely stopping alcohol or other substances, our withdrawal management program provides a structured environment with medical assessment, ongoing monitoring, medication to manage withdrawal symptoms, and compassionate support during the earliest stage of recovery.

Men’s Residential Treatment

Our gender-specific residential program for men provides 24-hour structure and support while clients participate in individualized treatment, group and individual therapy, recovery education, medication treatment when appropriate, peer support, and recovery-focused programming.

Women’s Residential Treatment

Our women’s residential program provides a safe, supportive environment where women can focus on recovery while addressing substance use, mental health, trauma, relationships, life skills, and other factors that may affect long-term stability.

Outpatient Services

Outpatient treatment allows individuals to receive professional substance use disorder treatment while continuing to live in the community. Services are individualized based on clinical needs and may include individual and group counseling, recovery planning, medication treatment, and other ongoing supports.

Medication Treatment

Medication can be an important part of treatment for alcohol and opioid use disorders. Meridian provides medication treatment as part of a comprehensive approach that combines medical care with counseling, recovery support, and individualized treatment planning.

Family Program

Addiction affects more than the individual experiencing it. Meridian's Family Program provides education and support to help loved ones better understand substance use disorders, recovery, communication, boundaries, and their own well-being.

Peer Recovery Support

Connection with someone who has lived experience in recovery can provide a different kind of support. Peer recovery services help individuals strengthen recovery connections, identify resources, navigate challenges, and build confidence as they move forward.

Aftercare & Continuing Recovery

Preparing for what happens after treatment is part of treatment itself. Discharge and aftercare planning help clients identify continued clinical care, recovery supports, community resources, and other services that can help sustain progress after completing a program.

Alumni Program

Recovery continues long after formal treatment ends. Meridian's Alumni Program provides opportunities for former clients to stay connected to the recovery community, participate in activities and events, and maintain relationships with others who understand the recovery journey.

Finding the Right Level of Care

You do not have to know which program you need before reaching out.

Our team can help you understand Meridian's services, discuss what you are experiencing, review available treatment options, and identify the appropriate next step.

Recovery can start with one conversation.
