Credentials & Oversight

Meridian Health Services maintains all required licenses, certifications, accreditations, and contractual authorizations necessary to provide quality care and support services. Our programs are subject to oversight by state and local agencies, health plans, funding organizations, and other regulatory and monitoring entities, as applicable.



Our clinical and medical services are delivered by qualified professionals who practice within their education, training, credentials, licensure, and scope of practice, ensuring safe, ethical, and effective care for those we serve.

Community & Referral Partnerships

Recovery is strengthened when organizations work together. Meridian collaborates with community mental health providers, healthcare professionals, courts and justice partners, recovery organizations, employers, social service agencies, and other community agencies to improve access to services and coordination of care.
