Self-pay may be available for certain services. Cost depends on the program, level of care, services provided, length or frequency of treatment, medications, and other individualized needs.

Before services begin, ask the admissions team about:

• The current self-pay rate for the requested service
• What is included in the quoted amount
• Whether medications, laboratory services, transportation, or outside medical care are billed separately
• When payment is due and which payment methods are accepted
• Whether deposits, recurring payments, or refund terms apply
• Whether another insurance or public-funding pathway should be explored first
