Questions about insurance and cost should not prevent someone from calling for help. Meridian Health Services works with individuals and referral partners to review possible payment and funding pathways for eligible services.

Payment options may include commercial insurance, Medicaid or Medicaid-funded services, Medicare for certain eligible services, other public or contractual funding, and self-pay. The options available depend on the program, clinical eligibility, payer requirements, residence, benefits, authorization, and available funding.

Our admissions team can help explain the verification process and identify what information is needed. A benefits check is not a guarantee of payment. Final coverage decisions are made by the insurance plan or funding source and may be affected by medical necessity, authorization, network status, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, exclusions, and changes in eligibility.
